简介:摘要目的建立一种用于机械臂辅助穿刺手术导航的规避奇异点的运动规划方法,设计相应的计算机程序。方法根据临床医生的实际操作与需求,设计安装在UR3机械臂末端的穿刺针套筒,对机械臂进行运动学分析及仿真验证。编写用于求解机械臂末端穿刺针到达目标位置时运动位姿的计算程序及通过小角度旋转规避奇异点的运动规划程序。结果随机选取6组关节角度,对比由程序计算得到的理论坐标值与实际坐标的结果。结果表明,理论值与实际值间的误差较小,证明了运动学模型的正确性。对随机的3组初始位姿进行模拟,通过程序得到最佳位姿,并将其传输到机械臂的控制系统中,控制机械臂运动。验证实验结果表明,穿刺针可到达靶点,且使固定中心轴小角度旋转的方式能够有效规避奇异点。结论基于末端姿态旋转的奇异点规避方法能够有效避免初始目标姿态运动规划失败,对机械臂在穿刺手术中的应用具有参考价值。
