简介:WeproposeandstudyaniterativesparsereconstructionforFourierdomainopticalcoherencetomography(FDOCT)imagebysolvingaconstrainedoptimizationproblemthatminimizesL-1norm.OurmethodtakesthespectralshapeoftheOCTlightsourceintoconsiderationintheiterativeimagereconstructionprocedurethatallowsdeconvolutionoftheaxialpointspreadfunctionfromtheblurredimageduringreconstructionratherthanafterreconstruction.ByminimizingtheL-1norm,theaxialresolutionandthesignaltonoiseratioofimagecanbothbeenhanced.Theeffectivenessofourmethodisvalidatedusingnumericalsimulationandexperiment.
