简介：文章从法学社会学的角度对作为实践问题的离婚财产分割进行了分析。在比较两大法系相关领域的法制经验及其社会背景的基础上，指出离婚财产分割中规则和裁量应当互相平衡，同时它们之间具体的结构和地位则依据各国的具体情况具体对待。对于我国来说，基于我国的现状和国情既需要完善规则，又要完善、规范裁量权，使两者之间形成良性互动。

简介：如何减小波浪对舰船工作所造成的影响已经成为舰船发展中极具挑战性的问题.本文以荷兰某公司设计的三自由度波浪补偿控制平台为研究对象,在分析该结构补偿装置平台的空间结构和空间姿态的位置解算的基础上,运用ADAMS软件完成该平台在横摇、纵摇及横荡三种运动复合运动下的运动学正、逆解仿真与分析和动力学仿真与分析,为波浪补偿装置平台的设计提供可靠的的理论数据基础.
