  • 简介:Inrecentyears,thefrequentoccurrencesofmarineoilspillshavealreadybecomeoneofthemajorreasonsthreateningthemarineecologicalsafetyofChina.Intheeventofoilspill,oth-erthantakingthenecessaryemergentmeasuresaimingspecificallyatthedamagetothemarineecologyandenvironment,usinglegalmeanstoassurethatthedamageliabilitiesarebornebytherespon-siblepersonstoprotectthenationalinterestsarealsoveryneces-sary.Thispaperadvancesfiverecommendationsregardingthedevelopmentofasystemforecologicallegalcompensationsfromthestandpointofthecurrentstatusoflegislationandexecutionofthelawsoncompensationofoilspillpollutingmarineecosystem.Thesefiverecommendationsinclude:determinationofthestatusofjuristicactioninmarineecologicalandenvironmentalcompen-sationsinaccordancewiththelaws,determinationofplaintiffofmarineecologicalandenvironmentalcompensationsinaccordancewiththelaws,determinationofthefourbasicprinciplesinthele-galactionsofmarineecologicalandenvironmentalcompensationsinaccordancewiththelaws,determinationofassessmenttechnicalstandardofmarineecologicalandenvironmentaldamagesinac-cordancewiththelaws,anddeterminationofthescopeofmarineecologicalandenvironmentalcompensationsinaccordancewiththelaws.

  • 简介:NewtechnologiesareinurgentneedofunconventionalhydrocarbonexplorationanddevelopmentinChina.Thispaperprovidesabriefintroductionandanalysisofanewthree-dimensional(3D)geomechanicalrestorationmethoddevelopedinrecentyears.Afteranin-depthdiscussiononthetechnicalprincipleandspecificcharacteristicsofthefields,wedesignedafeasibleworkflowfortwooil-gasfieldswithgreatunconventionaloil-gasresourcepotentialsinChina(WeiyuanandJiulongshanoil-gasfieldsofSichuan).Afterdiscussingthemajorchallengesandlimitationsofthenewtechnology,wealsosuggestitsresearcheffortsandfutureapplicationprospectItisshownthatthenewtechnologywillbeaneffectivemethodtofacilitatetheexplorationanddevelopmentofunconventionaloilandgasresourcesinChina.
