  • 简介:InordertoimprovethehydrogenationanddehydrogenationperformancesoftheMg2Ni-typealloys,MgwaspartiallysubstitutedbyLainthealloy,andmeltspinningtechnologywasusedforthepreparationoftheMg20-xLaxNi10(x=0,2,4,6)hydrogenstoragealloys.ThestructuresofthealloyswerestudiedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andhigh-resolutiontransmissionelectronmicroscopy(HRTEM).Itwasfoundthatnoamorphousphaseformedintheas-spunLa-freealloy,buttheas-spunalloyscontainingLaheldamajoramorphousphase.WhenLacontentx≤2,themajorphaseintheas-castalloyswasMg2Niphase,butwithfurtherincreaseofLacontent,themajorphaseoftheas-castalloyschangedintoLaNi5+LaMg3phase.Thermalstabilityoftheas-spunalloyswasstudiedbydifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC),showingthatspinningratewasanegligiblefactoronthecrystallizationtemperatureoftheamorphousphase.Thehydrogenabsorptionanddesorptionkineticsoftheas-castandas-spunalloysweremeasuredusinganautomaticallycontrolledSievertsapparatus,confirmingthatthehydrogenabsorptionanddesorptioncapacitiesandkineticsoftheas-castalloysclearlyincreasedwithrisingLacontent.ForLacontentx=2,theas-spunalloydisplayedoptimalhydrogendesorptionkineticsat200°C.

  • 简介:TheNd60Fe20Al8Co10B2alloywaspreparedbysuctioncastingofthemoltenalloyintoacoppermoldunderargonatmosphere.Themicro-structuralandmagneticpropertychangesintheNd60Fe20Al8Co10B2alloyduringcrystallizationwereinvestigatedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),differentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC),scanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)andthevibratingsamplemagnetometer(VSM).TheprecipitationandNd-richandFe-richphaseshavenosignificanteffectontheintrinsiccoercitityforNd60Fe20Al8Co10B2alloyannealedbelow723K.However,thegrowthofFe-richphasedecreasesthesaturatemagnetizationandremanenceofthealloy.Thehardmagneticbehaviorisdisappearedwhenthealloyisfullycrystallized.

  • 简介:采用压力烧结法制备不同碳含量的WC-10Co-0.6Cr3C2硬质合金,通过金相组织观察、硬度测试、比饱和磁化强度和矫顽磁力的分析,研究该合金的微观组织结构和性能。结果表明,随碳含量增加,合金的饱和磁化强度增大,而密度、矫顽磁力及硬度均降低;在压力烧结条件下,对于WC-10Co-0.6Cr3C2合金,两相正常组织对应的碳含量范围为5.41%~5.55%。碳含量低于5.41%时出现缺碳相η相,碳含量高于5.55%时出现石墨相。

  • 简介:以金属Zr、Cu和Al为原料,通过真空熔炼和气体雾化制备Zr-Cu-Al合金粉末,再经高能球磨得到Zr50Cu40Al10非晶合金粉末。采用氮/氧分析仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和热分析仪(DSC)对其非晶形成能力及晶化行为进行研究。结果表明,球磨120h后可获得Zr50Cu40Al10非晶合金粉末,且随球磨时间增加,粉末的颗粒尺寸逐渐减小,90h后达到亚微米级。球磨过程中由于铁的增加,使合金的结构"混乱度"增加、负混合热增大,因而热稳定性增强,其过冷区间ΔTx为62K,约为雾化法制备的非晶合金粉末的2倍。此外,采用非等温晶化方法,用KISSINGER方程计算出机械合金化Zr50Cu40Al10非晶合金的玻璃转变和初始晶化的表观激活能分别为152.6kJ/mol和172.4kJ/mol,远小于相应的气体雾化法制备的Zr50Cu40Al10非晶合金粉末表观激活能,其原因是粉末中氧含量和体系自由能较高。

  • 简介:MeltspinningtechnologywasusedtopreparetheMg2Ni-type(Mg24Ni10Cu2)100–xNdx(x=0,5,10,15,20)alloysinordertoobtainananocrystallineandamorphousstructure.TheeffectsofNdcontentandspinningrateonthestructuresandelectrochemicalhydrogenstorageperformancesofthealloyswereinvestigated.ThestructurecharacterizationsofX-raydiffraction(XRD),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM)andscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)linkedwithenergydispersivespectroscopy(EDS)revealedthattheas-spunNd-freealloydisplayedanentirenanocrystallinestructure,whereastheas-spunNd-addedalloysheldananocrystallineandamorphousstructureandthedegreeofamorphizationvisiblyincreasedwiththerisingofNdcontentandspinningrate,suggestingthattheadditionofNdfacilitatedtheglassformingoftheMg2Ni-typealloy.TheelectrochemicalmeasurementsindicatedthattheadditionofNdandmeltspinningimprovedtheelectrochemicalhydrogenstorageperformancesofthealloyssignificantly.Thedischargecapacitiesoftheas-castandspunalloysexhibitedmaximumvalueswhenNdcontentwasx=10,whichwere86.4,200.5,266.3,402.5and452.8mAh/gcorrespondingtothespinningrateof0(As-castwasdefinedasthespinningrateof0m/s),10,20,30and40m/s,respectively.Thecyclestability(S20,thecapacitymaintainrateat20thcycle)oftheas-castalloyalwaysrosewiththeincreasingofNdcontent,andthoseoftheas-spunalloysexhibitedthemaximumvaluesforNdcontentx=10,whichwere77.9%,83.4%89.2%and89.7%,correspondingtothespinningrateof10,20,30and40m/s,respectively.

  • 简介:Ca-dopedBaMgAl10O17:Eu2+,Mn2+(BAM)bluephosphorsweresynthesizedbyfluxassistedsolid-statereactionmethodusingCaF2andBaF2asco-flux.GooddispersityandparticlesizehomogenizationofhexagonalpurephaseBAMwereobtainedbysinteringat1400℃.TheeffectsoftheCa2+ionscontentonthestructure,morphologyandphotoluminescencepropertiesofthephosphorswerestudied.TheresultsindicatedthattheincorporationofCacoulddecreasethelatticeconstant,improvethehomogeneityanddispersityandenhancethephotoluminescence(PL)intensityofthephosphoreffectively.TheoptimumBa0.86Ca0.04Mg0.97Al10O17:0.1Eu2+,0.03Mn2+PLintensitywasenhancedforabout30%andrelativebrightnesswasimprovedabout4%.Furthermore,thesynthesizedBAMandcommercialBAMphosphorswereannealedfor30minat600oCinair.TheCa-dopedphosphorshadstrongeremissionintensity,higherbrightnessandbetterchromaticitystabilitythanthatofthecommercialphosphor.TheseresultsindicatedthatCa-dopedbluephosphorshadgoodpotentialapplicationsinthecommercialtricolorfluorescentlampsaswellasinotherdisplayandlamps.
