摘要
Lasermultipleprocessing,i.e.lasersurfacetexturingandthenLaserShockProcessing(LSP),isanewsurfaceprocessingtechnologyforthepreparationofbionicnon-smoothsurfaces.Basedonengineeringbionics,samplesofbionicnon-smoothsurfacesofstainlesssteel0Crl8Ni9weremanufacturedintheformofreseaustructurebylasermultipleprocessing.Themechanicalproperties(includingmicrohardness,residualstress,surfaceroughness)andmicrostructureofthesamplestreatedbylasermultipleprocessingwerecomparedwiththoseofthesampleswithoutLSPTheresultsshowthatthemechanicalpropertiesofthesesamplesbylasermultipleprocessingwereclearlyimprovedincomparisonwiththoseofthesampleswithoutLSPThemechanismsunderlyingtheimprovedsurfacemicrohardnessandsurfaceresidualstresswereanalyzed,andtherelationsbetweenhardness,comnressiveresidualstressandroughnesswerealsopresented.
