摘要
Wereportonthemodificationofthewettabilityofstainlesssteelbypicosecondlasersurfacemicrostructuringinthispaper.Comparedwithtraditionalmethods,picosecondlaser-inducedsurfacemodificationprovidesafastandfacilemethodforsurfacemodificationwithoutchemicaldamageandenvironmentalpollution.Asaresultoftreatmentby100pslaserpulses,microstructuresarefabricatedonthestainlesssteelsamplesurface,contributingtotheincreaseofthecontactanglefrom88°to105°,whichrealizesatransformationfromhydrophilicitytohydrophobicity.Themorphologicalfeaturesoffabricatedmicrostructuresarecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopyandopticalmicroscopy.
