Aproblemofunsteadyflowofasecondgradefluidoverflatplateswiththeimpulsiveandoscillatingmotion,startingfromrest,andwiththewalltranspirationisconsidered.TheexactsolutionsarederivedbytheLaplacetransform,theperturbationtechniques,andanextensionofthevariableseparationtechniquetogetherwithsimilarityarguments.Thesesolutionsarewrittenasthesumbetweenthepermanentsolutionsandthetransientsolutions.Thevariationsoffluidbehaviorswithvariousphysicalparametersareshowngraphicallyandanalyzed.Theresultsarevalidatedbycomparingthelimitingcasesofthepresentpaperwiththeresultsoftherelatedpublishedarticles.
