摘要 Weproposeandexperimentallydemonstratecapacitiveactuationofagraphene–siliconmicro-ringadd/dropfilter.Themechanismisbasedonasilicon–SiO2–graphenecapacitorontopoftheringwaveguide.Weshowthecapacitiveactuationoftheadd/dropfunctionalitybyavoltage-drivenchangeofthegrapheneopticalabsorption.Theproposedcapacitivesolutionovercomestheneedforcontinuousheatingtokeeptunedthefilter’sin/outresonanceandthereforeeliminates'inoperation'energyconsumption.
