摘要
Inthepalletpoolsystem,thedifferentiationofpalletizedfreightvolumesindifferentregionsandseasonaltransportofcertaingoodsleadtotheimbalanceofpalletsdistributionamongregions.Itisnecessarytoimprovetheutilizationofpalletsthroughdispatching.Thepaperanalyzesthefactorswhichaffectemptypalletsdispatching,itincludescarbonemission,transportationtimeandpallettypebasedonthepalletpoolmodeofenterprisealliance.Onthisbasis,theoptimizationmodelisestablishedwiththegoalofminimumtotaldispatchingcost.Then,accordingtothedifferentinfluencesofrailwayandhighwayintransportationcost,thedispatchingschemeisanalyzedandthetransportationmodeofemptypalletsdispatchingisdetermined.Consideringthecharacteristicsofmodel,Cplexisusedtosolveit.Finally,acaseisusedtoverifythefeasibilityandsuperiorityofreasonableemptypalletsdispatchingindifferenttransportationmodes,andthetransportcharacteristicsoftwotransportationmodesareanalyzed.Moreover,thecostsofpalletsleasinganddispatchingarecompared.
