摘要 Therestrictiononsulfurlevelingasolinehasbeenincreasinglytightened.TheU.S.TierⅡregulationrequiresareductionfromaverage340ppmto30ppmfrom2004to2008.Recentlysignificantprogresshasbeenmadeineffectivehighsulfurremoval,suchasposttreatmentofFCCgasolinebyselectivehydrotreating,SZorbsulfurremovaltechnology,OATSprocessetc.ThesulfurcontentofFCCgasolinecanbedeceasedtolessthan10ppm.WithregardtogasolinepoolcompositioninChina,itisveryimportanttolookforeffectivedesulfurizationprocessesthataresimple,straightforward,withlesshydrogenconsumption.Post-treatmentofFCCgasolineisapreferredoption.Fromthepointofviewofcomprehensiveutilization,alkylation,polymerization,isomerisationetc.canbeaddedtodesulfurizationprocesstomeettherequirementofultralowsulfur,premium.
