摘要 Two-photonphotopolymerization(TPP)withfemtosecondlaserisapromisingmethodtofabricatethree-dimensional(3D)photoniccrystals(PCs).BasedontheTPPprinciple,themicro-fabricationsystemhasbeenbuilt.The3DwoodpilePCswithrodspaceof2000nmarefabricatedeasilyanddifferentdefectsareintroducedinordertoformthecross-waveguideandthemicro-laserstructurePCs.Simulationresultsoftheopticalfieldintensitydistributionsusingfinite-differencetimedomain(FDTD)methodaregiven,whichsupportthedesignsandimplementationofthePCoftwotypesintheory.
