Thispaperisconcernedwiththeglobalstabilizationviaoutput-feedbackforaclassofhigh-orderstochasticnonlinearsystemswithunmeasurablestatesdependentgrowthanduncertaincontrolcoefficients.Indeed,therehavebeenabundantdeterministicresultswhichrecentlyinspiredtheintenseinvestigationfortheirstochasticanalogous.However,becauseofthepossibilityofnon-uniquesolutionstothesystems,therelackbasicconceptsandtheoremsfortheproblemunderinvestigation.Firstofall,twostochasticstabilityconceptsaregeneralizedtoallowthestochasticsystemswithmorethanonesolution,andakeytheoremisgiventoprovidethesufficientconditionsforthestochasticstabilitiesinaweakersense.Then,byintroducingthesuitablereducedorderobserverandappropriatecontrolLyapunovfunctions,andbyusingthemethodofaddingapowerintegrator,acontinuous(nonsmooth)output-feedbackcontrollerissuccessfullydesigned,whichguaranteesthattheclosed-loopsystemisgloballyasymptoticallystableinprobability.
