Inthispaper,theconductionband-edgenon-parabolicity(NP)andthecircularcross-sectionradiuseffectsonhydrogenicshallow-donorimpurityground-statebindingenergyinzinc-blende(ZB)InGaN/GaNcylindricalQWWsarereported.Thefinitepotentialbarrierbetween(In,Ga)NwellandGaNenvironmentisconsidered.Twomodelsoftheconductionband-edgenon-parabolicityaretakingintoaccount.Thevariationalapproachisusedwithintheframeworkofsinglebandeffective-massapproximationwithone-parametric1S-hydrogenictrialwave-function.ItisfoundthatNPeffectismorepronouncedinthewireofradiusequaltoeffectiveBohrradiusthaninlargeandnarrowwires.Moreover,thebindingenergypeakshiftstonarrowwireunderNPeffect.Agoodagreementisshowncomparedtothefindingsresults.
