Wepresentapolarization-maintainingPANDAring-corefiber（PM-PRCF）characterizedbythecombinationofaring-corestructurewithtwostress-applyingrods.Thisspecialfiberdesignseparatestheadjacentmodesandavoidsthecutoffofthehigher-ordermodes,whichisacommonprobleminellipticalcorepolarization-maintainingfew-modefibers.Usingahigh-contrastindexringandstress-inducedbirefringence,thePM-PRCFfeaturessupportfor10vectormodes,witheffectiverefractiveindexseparationsfromtheiradjacentmodes>10-4.Broadbandperformanceisinvestigatedsubsequentlyoverawidewavelengthrangefrom1500to1630nm.Theproposedfiberistargetedatapplicationsinspace-pisionmultiplexingwhileeliminatingthecomplexmultiple-inputmultiple-outputsignalprocessing.
