Onthebasisoftransformationkineticsandthermodynamics,theaustenite-ferritetransformationstarttemperatureduringdeformationwaspredictedforseveralgradesoflow-carbonsteelsunderdifferentprocessingconditions.ResultsindicatethatAr3dtemperaturemostlydependedonalloyingcompositionandprocessingparameters.Ar3dincreasedasstrainrateorstrainincreasedforthesamesteelgrade.Inviewofenhancementofdeformationontransformation,thebasickineticsmodelwasestablishedtosimulatedeformationinducedtransformationbehavior,usingwhichtheinfluenceofthedeformationstoredenergyandeffectivedeformationledgeonthenucleationandgrowthcanbeconsidered.Thesimulatedresultsareingoodagreementwithexperimentresults.
