Chinaisoneofthelargestmeatproducingcountriesintheworld.Withthegrowingconcernforfoodsafetymoreattentionhasbeenpaidtomeatquality.Theapplicationofconventionaltestmethodsformeatqualityislimitedbymanyfactors,andsubjectiveness,suchaslongertimetopreparesamplesandtotest.Asensormatrixwasconstructedwithseveralseparateairsensors,andtestswereconductedtodetectthefreshnessofthebeef.TheresultsshowthattheairsensorsTGS2610,TGS2600,TGS2611,TGS2620andTGS2602madebyTianjinFigaroElectronicCo,LtdcouldbeusedtodeterminethedegreeoffreshnessbutTGS2442isnotsuitable.Thisstudyprovidesafoundationfordesigningandmakinganeconomicalandpracticaldetectorforbeeffreshness.
