InviewofthelimitationsofaRn-GnmodelinthelowfrequencyrangeandthedefectsofanEn-Inmodelincommonusenow,thispaperbuildsacompleteEn-Inmodelaccordingtothetheoryofrandomharmonic.Theparametersforthelow-noisedesignsuchastheequivalentinputnoisyvoltageEns,theoptimumsourceimpedanceZsoptandtheminimumnoisefigureFmincanbecalculatedaccuratelybyusingthisEn-Inmodelbecauseitconsidersthecoherencebetweenthenoisesourcesfully.Moreover,thispaperpointsoutthatitwillcausethemaximum30%miscalculationwhenneglectingtheeffectsofthecorrelationcoefficient7.Usingtheseries-seriescircuitsasanexample,thispaperdiscussesthemethodsfortheEn-InnoiseanalysisofelectroniccircuitspreliminarilyanddemonstratesitscorrectnessthroughthecomparisonbetweenthesimulatedandmeasuredresultsoftheminimumnoisefigureFminofasinglecurrentseriesnegativefeedbackcircuit.
