简介：　　【摘要】目的：探讨规范化护理模式用于伤口造口患者中的效果。方法：选取 90例伤口造口患者，均于 2017年 8月 -2019年 8月在本院治疗。将其随机分组，观察组 45例，行常规护理，对照组 45例，行规范化护理。比较两组压疮发生率、伤口、造口、失禁评分及护理满意度。结果：经护理，观察组压疮发生率小于对照组，伤口、造口及失禁评分高于对照组（ P<0.05） ;观察组护理满意度高于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：对伤口造口患者实施规范化护理，患者压疮发生率降低，护理满意度良好，可临床推广。  　　【关键词】规范化护理 ;伤口造口 ;护理满意度  [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of standardized nursing mode in patients with wound stoma. Methods: 90 patients with wound ostomy were selected and treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019. They were randomly divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases). The incidence of pressure sore, wound, stoma, incontinence score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: after nursing, the incidence of pressure sore in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the scores of wound, stoma and incontinence in the observation group were higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: standardized nursing for patients with wound stoma can reduce the incidence of pressure sore and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
