简介:Thesurfaceemittingmicrocavityisformedbysandwichingapolymerfilmcontainingpoly(para-phenylenevinylene)(BMPPV)andpoly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK)betweenaDBRwithareflectivityof99.5%andasilverfilm.Thesampleisopticallypumpedbya337.1nmlineofnitrogenlaserwith10nspulsesat20Hzrepetitionrate.ThelasingphenomenonisobservedinBMPPVandPVKmixturemicrocavity.Thefullwidthathalfmaximum(FWHM)is6nmatthepeakwavelengthof460nm.Thelasingthresholdenergyisestimatedtobeabout5μJ.
