简介：目前，土壤环境调查工作中重金属的检测方法，主要有原子荧光光度法（AFS）、原子吸收光谱法（AAS）和等离子发射光谱法（ICP）等^[1,2]。然而，这些方法分析重金属时，需经过王水消化口’或者混酸分解^[4]等前处理，过程复杂，周期长，测试费用高，并且对测试人员的身体健康有潜在威胁。因此，需要寻找一种快速、稳定、可靠的分析方法，来解决上述问题。
