简介:摘要随着社会经济、电子技术、人工智能的快速发展以及在高等教育国际化大背景下,21世纪社会对人才结构的需求也发生了新的变化。发展复合型、应用型人才是推进国家教育现代化的迫切需要。近几年,各高校泰语专业纷纷推出“语言+专业”以及“专业+语言”的人才培养模式。但是在现实实践中确实很难平衡和发展,仅仅是采用整合本校专业资源,语言与专业分离授课的方式,语言基础知识由语言老师完成,专业知识由专业教师以中文讲授的方式来推进,而这种做法有违背了语言作为载体应该与所承载信息一同输出输入的自然属性,实践证明了所培养出来的人才“小才济济,大才需缺”以及学生无法将两者联系起来,最后导致语言薄弱,专业不扎实的现象。本文结合我校泰语专业十余年的人才培养模式,经验总结,初探“语言专业+合作教育(Co-OPE)的人才培养模式,旨在培养出真正能用的复合型、应用型泰语人才,为“一带一路”战略提供服务的高端人才。本文通过采用质化的研究方法,文献综述初探“语言专业+合作教育(Co-OPE)的人才培养模式在泰语专业培养复合型人才以及应用型人才提出建设性意见。
