简介: 【摘要】 目的:研究分析对后循环系统缺血性眩晕患者采取马来酸桂哌齐特注射液进行治疗的临床疗效及价值。方法:此次研究的对象是选取 2015年 7月 -2017年 12月笔者所在医院收治的 82例后循环系统缺血性眩晕患者,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,各 41例。对照组给予盐酸川芎嗪注射液 160 mg+5%葡萄糖注射液 250 ml进行治疗,观察组给予马来酸桂哌齐特射液 240 mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液 250 ml进行治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组眩晕症状缓解时间明显短于 对照组,治疗显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。观察组椎基底动脉系统血供较治疗前得到改善 39例( 95.12%),多于对照组的 16例( 39.02%),差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:临床上,对后循环系统缺血性眩晕患者应用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液进行治疗,起效快,且疗效显著,能快速改善眩晕症状,这对改善患者生活质量及预后有着重要的意义,有临床推广价值。 【关键词】 后循环系统缺血; 马来酸桂哌齐特注射液; 眩晕 [Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect and value of cinepazide maleate injection in the treatment of ischemic vertigo of the posterior circulation system. Methods: 82 patients with ischaemic vertigo of the posterior circulatory system admitted by the author's Hospital from July 2015 to December 2017 were selected for this study. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 41 cases each. The control group was treated with ligustrazine hydrochloride injection of 160 mg + 5% glucose injection of 250 ml, the observation group was treated with cinepazide maleate injection of 240 mg + 0.9% sodium chloride injection of 250 ml, and the clinical effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results: the remission time of vertigo symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The blood supply of vertebrobasilar system in the observation group was improved in 39 cases (95.12%) than that in the control group in 16 cases (39.02%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in clinic, guipizide maleate injection can improve the symptoms of vertigo in patients with ischemic vertigo of the posterior circulation system, which is of great significance to improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients, and has clinical application value.
简介:摘要综合利用混凝土搅拌站的废弃泥浆水,既能减少对环境的污染,又能在一定程度上节约生产成本。进入搅拌池废弃泥浆水首先经过沉淀进入搅拌池,其中一部分用于混凝土搅拌,多余的则经过再次沉淀进入清水池后用于搅拌或清洗搅拌车。此类新型的可循环利用废弃泥浆水的预拌混凝土生产系统,能完全消耗回收泥浆水,为混凝土搅拌站真正实现废水废渣零排放,同时,还可以节省废渣清运费用,节约了企业生成成本,具有可观的经济价值和社会效益。

简介:摘要: 随着社会的不断发展,科技也在不断进步,选择精确的模拟装置,实现循环水动态模拟装置实验过程精准监测、提高效率、节约资源是工业水处理系统的迫切需要。在本设计中,动态模拟测试工具的每一步都有自动控制,包括数据、过程分析等。主要包括下位控制站硬件配置,操作和软件流程,以及上位操作站的应用程序接口功能。 该系统易于操作且易于管理。 经过一系列测试,设备齐全,符合设计要求,可以正常运行,并满足模拟设备装置管理系统的基本要求。
