简介:轴瓦弹性液体动力学(EHD)计算是分析发动机轴瓦液力润滑的重要工具,可以仿真计算油膜压力、油膜厚度、摩擦损失等多项结果,本文总结出五项影响轴瓦弹性液体动力学计算结果主要因素,包括:单元类型依据网格的差分点数、轴瓦轴向层数、轴瓦周向点数、轴向层间距等分与否,将其进行分类确定五种对比方案,分析每种参数对弹性液体动力学结果的影响程度,并给出日后计算的参考设置。
