简介：摘要：利用扫描电镜对304不锈钢冷轧板表面剥片缺陷进行形貌和能谱分析，指出缺陷主要是由于不易变形的镁铝尖晶石夹杂物和钙铝酸盐等脆性夹杂物造成。根据夹杂物成分，提出了控制原材料、夹杂物成分形态，调整和优化生产工艺等措施，降低剥片缺陷的发生。
