简介:摘要可拆卸预应力碳纤维板技术是一项新型体外预应力技术。能够充分利用碳纤维的高抗拉强度,有效的减少挠度变形、减小裂缝宽度或封闭微小裂缝,且可拆卸预应力碳纤维板锚具可重复利用,减少施工造价成本。本文通过可拆卸预应力碳纤维板加固某预应力空心板桥为例,分析可拆卸预应力碳纤维板与体外预应力钢绞线相比的技术优势。并结合实际工程案例简述了可拆卸预应力碳纤维板工艺流程及操作要求,为今后类似工程提供相关工程经验。
