简介:摘要目的研究感染人体的细菌L型的分离培养,寻找一种培养细菌L型的最佳办法,以便临床鉴定与研究细菌L型。方法对在普通血液培养过程中瓶底出现轻微暗紫红、上清液微混或瓶壁有少量颗粒状物生长时,分别用血浆分离针抽取可疑培养物同时转种于普通血液琼脂培养基、L型增菌培养基及L型琼脂培养基中培养,观察其生长情况。结果在血琼脂固体培养基上最终形成了细菌L型,在液体培养基上形成了细菌型、L型、将可疑培养物再用血浆分离针转种于L型细菌液体培养基上又分离出23例L型细菌,使原来一般血培养阳性率提高。结论经过对细菌L型的分离培养研究,发现血琼脂固体培养基培养对于培养细菌L型有较好的效果,在临床上可以用于鉴定与研究细菌L型。
